To further facilitate and contribute to the security cluster of the greater The Hague region, initiatives such as The Hague Security Delta (HSD), the Public Security Innovation Center (PSIC), and the BorderSecurity innovation Center (B.I.C.) address the increasing demand for innovative security solutions.
The Hague Security Delta (HSD) is a non-profit organization that promotes and supports public and private collaboration and innovation in the field of national and international security. This includes all security incidents that pose a threat to society; ranging from crime to terrorism, fires or other emergency situations. Their mission is to provide access to Hague Security Delta partners for knowledge, collaboration and innovation in national and international security. Amongst its partner include both PSIC and B.I.C.
The Public Security Innovation Center (PSIC) serves as a sales platform for innovative technology providers that develop public security solutions. Through participation in PSIC, technology providers can have their products displayed and demonstrated to prospect clients in a model emergency center located in The Hague.
The Bordersecurity.eu Innovation Center (B.I.C.) delivers innovation, integration and interoperability in Border Security and Border Control for end-users worldwide. As an independent and open platform for proven technologies in Border Security and – Control, the B.I.C. offers a solid network of integrated security solutions, linking vendors to government, business, volunteer organizations, and the public, vice versa.
