Launched in 2014 in the Hague, Advenit B. V. is a successful and rapidly growing systems integrator that markets hi-end supply chain execution solutions and offers IT outsourcing services in Europe, Middle East and Northern Africa. The main brand that Advenit represents is SOLVO – one of the leading European vendors of comprehensive warehouse management (WMS) and terminal operating software (TOS).
Having carried out a deep research in the field of inland terminal logistics in Benelux, Advenit developed the Solvo Smart Logistic Centre (SSLC), an innovative management software solution specifically designed to boost the efficiency of European inland container terminals built alongside river banks.
Recently Advenit joined forces with Nederlands Centrum voor Handelsbevordering (NCH) to promote high-end WMS and TOS solutions in the Middle East and Northern Africa region. Among other developments, Advenit was a participant of the Dutch trade mission (NCH, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands) in Agadir, Morocco in January 2015.
Both SOLVO.WMS and SOLVO.TOS are regularly validated by a renowned Fraunhofer Institute of Logistics (in Germany and Austria). In 2014, Advenit engaged in cooperation with Dinalog, the Dutch Institute for Advanced Logistics and as a result opened its second office in Breda at the Dinalog New Business Hub.
Advenit is now developing a strong partner network in Western Europe and building a local competence center in Holland consisting of the best experts in IT and logistics to be able to provide top-notch support of the company’s operations in the region. As of now, Advenit relies on the resources and acumen of SOLVO supported by the entire backbone of the IT team in St. Petersburg including programmers, QA specialists and implementation engineers – all in all about a 100 people. The team is ready to deliver a complete turnkey solution to meet even the most sophisticated customer requirements. In the near future, Advenit is targeting to push forward full IT integration service including local software customization and implementation, 24/7/365 service in different time zones and more.

WestHolland Foreign Investment Agency Advenit targets to become a truly global company, which is one of the reasons why it is headquartered in WTC Den Haag. The Hague is ideally situated to access all European market, e.g. the port of Rotterdam and the port of Antwerpen (the most important gateways to Hinterland market of Europe) are located only between 30 minutes and 1:30 hour away. “Advenit has also a unique opportunity to enjoy all the benefits provided by the Westholland Foreign Investment Agency (WFIA) such as an introduction to the Dutch ICT/Telecom cluster. An initiative from WFIA helped Advenit to make the first step into the global network of WTC International Business Club (IBC).”, says Irina Birman, CEO, Advenit.
